COURSE DESCRIPTION:

The objective of this course will be to introduce the student to the world of biblical interpretation, through biblical exegesis and hermeneutics, while helping them discover the historical subtleties of the text and the literary masterpiece of a book that has fascinated, inspired and even transformed many civilizations.

An overview of the process of hermeneutics and exegesis will be offered for a better understanding of interpretation, while making students aware of the difficulties of interpreting biblical texts.
